Should an item be inadvertently described incorrectly the consumer will be entitled to a full refund (including postage costs) on the return of the goods. Ordering Although we retain a very comprehensive stock we can not guarantee that every item shown and listed is always ex stock due to varying demand and supply. Out of stock goods will be back ordered and sent on receipt of new stock. Cancelling (Orders within the EC) You have the right to cancel within 7 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to take good care of the goods and return them to us at your own cost within 30 days. These rights are in addition to those relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Despatch All orders are carefully packed in our separate Mail Order dispatch department but in the rare event if you have reason to believe that damage may have occurred in transit. We must be notified as soon as practicable after the damage is discovered. If telephoning ask for despatch, this will expedite any enquiry re your order. If the damage is obvious on receipt of the package please mark the carriers docket as damaged and try to retain the packing material as on occasion the carriers will wish to see this.
